In 2020, we, Tristan and Estelle Borgeat took a leap of faith: rescuing a neglected piece of Bordeaux’s heritage. What was once a fading relic is now a thriving estate, where 19th-century grandeur meets modern winemaking passion.
Day by day, we have painstakingly restored the neo-Gothic château to its former glory while reviving its historic vineyards. Today, the property spans 18 hectares, and the legendary gravity-fed winery (Cuvier) has been brought back to life, blending tradition with innovation to craft exceptional, terroir-driven wines.
